FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: medicinal tools were put for 3-4 min in solution of the following composition, weight %: ethanol 96 degrees 62.19-83.0; chloramine 0.33-0.75; merthiolate 0.4-0.5, and distilled water the rest. Then tools were dried using sterile filters (cotton, gauze, etc.), washed from sterilizing solution in solution of the following composition, weight %: potassium permanganate 0.1; concentrated hydrochloric acid 0.5 ml, and distilled water the rest followed by their drying using sterile filters. Method provides chemical sterilization of medicinal tools. EFFECT: improved method of sterilization. |
