The present invention relates to a learning management system using a manager terminal and an operating method thereof. The present invention includes: a manager terminal connected to a learning management server depending on the control of a pre-installed learning management application to index and display a member list corresponding to a student name, a parent name, or an ID inputted by a manager, uploading learning schedules, learning record information, and notices inputted by the manager, recording a telephone conversation by being synchronized with a learner terminal connected through wireless communication call connection, and transmitting the recorded conversation information to the learning management server; the learning management server storing and managing learning schedule information between the manager terminal and the learner terminal, and storing and managing the learning schedules, the learning record information, and the notices, uploaded by the manager terminal, to match the information with the member list, but transmitting the stored learning record information to the leaner terminal when receiving telephone conversation request information from the learner terminal; and the learner terminal connected to the learning management server depending on the control of the pre-installed learning management application to display the learning schedules, the learning record information, and the notices, and synchronized with the manager terminal connected through the wireless communication call connection, but transmitting the learning record request information, inputted by the learner, to the learning management server to output the learning record information. |
