The present invention relates to a bushing press-fit device used for the manufacture of a small component. In order to manufacture a partial component or single component by inserting a necessary bushing into a partial component formed by cutting a steel plate, the present invention comprises: a rotary table (10) rotating around a central axis in the upper part of a lower frame (1); multiple lower mold assemblies (20) determining a position of a processing material by equally dividing the circumference of the rotary table, and including a lower mold (21) supporting press-fit; a press (30) placed in an upper part, facing the lower mold assemblies (20) on the upper part of the rotary table (10), and mounted outside the rotary table to elevate an upper mold (31) corresponding to the lower mold; and an operating motor (2) rotating and transferring the rotary table (10) step by step. The press is prepared in an expanding position, in which the bushing is primarily expanded, and in a press-fit position in which the expanded bushing is re-pressurized to make the press-fit complete. The press is additionally placed in multiple rotational radii to enable bushing press-fit for processing materials having different rotational radii. |
