The present invention relates to a peptide probe useful for detecting colonic polyps and colorectal cancer and a biochip using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a peptide probe as a molecular recognizer capable of high specific and high selective connection to a target biomarker for detecting colonic polyps and colorectal cancer, and a biochip using the same. The colonic polyps and the colorectal cancer known as being not easily detected can be early diagnosed and can diagnose a progress process or whether to progress or not from colonic polyps to the colorectal cancer, using the same.
