PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent problems of a metalization film capacitor due to impairment of a dielectric film, by suppressing a current flowing through a fuse at the time of dielectric breakdown of the metalization film capacitor.SOLUTION: A metal film 12 includes a plurality of rectangular segments 12a of an equal size having a side parallel with the length direction L and width direction W of a metalization film 10, and fuses 12b for connecting the segments 12a adjoining in the width direction W. In a column 12L of the segments 12a parallel with the width direction W, the center lines C of individual segments 12a parallel with the width direction W are aligned, and at least one fuse 12b is disposed at a position not overlap the center lines C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A |
