Semi-rigid sectioned connector for bed stringer batten

The stringer batten semi-rigid connector is in the shape of a cradle open at the top. Under the cradle bottom (10), in the middle, is a vertical fixing leg (8) with an increased thickness in its central part for reinforcement. This leg is for fixing the cradle onto a vertical part of a stringer mounting or connected batten. The vertical wall of the cradle has small vertical ribs (12). On either side the cradle bottom are vertical webs (3) on the internal faces of which are connected a horizontal stop (5). The upper face (6) of the stop has a surface inclined towards the bottom with an angle of about 45 deg. relative to the web.
