1291251 Pesticidal wettable powders FISONS Ltd 16 Dec 1969 [10 Jan 1969] 1541/69 Heading A5E A pesticidal/herbicidal wettable powder comprises a substituted benzimidazole of formula: wherein X is trifluoromethyl or pentafluoroethyl; R<SP>5</SP> is alkyl, cycloalkyl, substituted alkyl, aryl, or substituted aryl; R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP> and R<SP>4</SP> are hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, nitro, substituted alkyl, pseudohalogen or amino; and at least 20% by weight of the powder of particles of a water-soluble salt of lignin sulphonic acid, e.g. a calcium, sodium or ammonium salt of lignin sulphonic acid. The preferred benzimidazole is 5, 6-dichloro-1-phenoxycarbonyl-2-trifluoromethyl benzimidazole. |
