A joint between panels of a partition incorporates a Z-shaped hook plate with its two parts engaging behind one side of one plate mounted over a recess on one panel, and the other side of a similar one on the other. These plate components are mounted at the same height, parallel to the panel plane, on the insides of end folds in the panels, and have slits running parallel to the abutment side. Each of the parts of the Z-shaped plate has a conical notch, running out from the end edge and corresponding to the thickness of the plate components, for embracing one of the slit ends on one plate component and the opposite slit end of the other component. |
