PURPOSE: To provide a method for carrying out multiple row forming of rod-like formed cheeses having same amounts. CONSTITUTION: This method for carrying out multiple row forming of formed cheese comprises uniformly flowing melted cheese, introducing the cheese through plural extruding holes having nearly equal lengths bored onto a same circumference into a forming nozzle and carrying out extrusion forming of the cheese. The apparatus for carrying out the multiple row forming of formed cheese comprises connecting one end of linear entrance pipe 2 to which a feed pipe 1 of melted cheese is connected to another end to one end of a branched header 3 in which plural extruding holes 4 are arranged at equal spaces and connecting a forming nozzle 5 in which forming holes are arranged in parallel to the other end of the branched header 3. |
