<p>PURPOSE: To perform the cooperation for the synchronization of parts and to obtain high productivity by providing a production plan control part, an inventory reserve processing part and a manufacturing investing plan preparing part. CONSTITUTION: When an inventory reserve processing part 2 performs an inventory reserve processing from received order information A and calculates a manufacturing investing priority, this manufacturing investing priority information B is outputted to a manufacturing plan preparing part 3. The preparing part 3 prepares manufacturing day's schedule plan information C as to when and what product is manufactured and how many products are manufactured and imparts this information C to a production information control part 1. In the control part 1, a working instruction F is imparted to a production line based on this information C. When the resimulation request E of the parts and the production capacity due to the change of a constraint condition is imparted to the processing part 2, the processing part 2 performs the resimulation of the information B by the inventory reserve processing again. The processing part 2 is capable of notifying a controller of the necessity of the supply of deficient parts by returning production alarm information D on shortage of products, etc., from the inventory reserve processing result to the control part 1.</p> |
