<p>Confectionery food package consists of a food mix packaged in an aerosol dispenser under pressure of a gaseous propellant, partially dissolved in the mix, the food mix is a homogeneous aq. suspension contng. the components of ice cream (solids content 43-54%, edible fat 10-16%, milk solids non-fat 11-17% and sweetening agents, 17-25%), ice milk (37-47%, 2-7%, 15-17% and 18-24%, respectively) or sherbet (42-59%, 1-3%, 3-7% and 42-52%, respectively). On discharge from the dispenser, when cold, there is an overrun of >=160% for the ice cream and ice milk and >=80% for sherbet mixes and the expanded mass can be frozen.</p> |
