AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION PLANNING DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide an automatic production planning device capable of auto matically planning a production in the production form where branch and inte gration of lots are required by processes and being quickly adapted to correction of the production planning. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 1 takes the scheduling and the required quantity of parts in the final process from an input data file memory 2 as the input and reads out master data such as production capacity master data and process- classified read data from a various master file memory 3 and makes a plan of each process synchronized with plans of succeeding processes in accordance with planning rules stored in a planning rule memory 5 and performs correction by contents of an interactive correction planning logic 6 in the case of correction and uses simulation software in a simulation soft memory 7 to execute simulation and evaluates the production planning.
