发明名称 PRODUCTION OF AMINES FROM ALCOHOLS
摘要
1319495 Ammination catalysts BADISCHE ANILIN-& SODA-FABRIK AG 22 Oct 1970 [23 Oct 1969] 50118/70 Heading BIE [Also in Divisions C2 and C3] Amines are produced by reacting an alcohol with a stoichiometric excess of ammonia or a primary or secondary amine at elevated temperature and pressure in the presence of hydrogen and a supported hydrogenation catalyst containing elemental Co, Ni and Cu in the proportion, based on Co+Ni+Cu, of 5-30% by weight of Cu and 70-95% by weight of Co+Ni, the ratio by weight of Co to Ni being from 4:1 to 1:4. The catalyst may also contain up to 20% by weight (based on Co+ Ni+Cu) of one or two of Mn, Cr, Zn, V and Ag, as metal or in the lowest state of valency obtained with hydrogen reduction; up to 20% by weight (based on the metal content of the catalyst, and calculated as P 2 O 5 or B 2 O 3 ) of H 3 PO 4 and/or H 3 BO 3 or oxides, salts or pyro- or poly-forms thereof; and/or up to 20% by weight (based on the metal content of the catalyst) of an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal. Suitable carriers are alumina and silica. The catalysts may be prepared by precipitating the metal components (with or without the acids or their salts), as such or onto the powdered carrier, from aqueous solutions of their salts, e.g. with Na 2 CO 3 or NaOH, or applying the precipitate to the carrier, washing, drying, molding into tablets or pellets, and heating, e.g. at 300‹-800‹C. Or the carrier is impregnated with aqueous solutions of the nitrates of the metals, and heated to 300-800‹C. The catalyst is reduced with hydrogen prior to use.
