The metal door frame includes the strike plate of the lock.The door is made of a sheet of metal which is shaped to form a U-shaped stiffener (210). Its edge is bent twice at 90 degrees towards the inside (211) and towards the outside (212) of the stiffener (210). A metal plate the same size as the opening is soldered between the edges of the stiffener to form the outer face (220), after internal reinforcements and a facing have been inserted. The strike plate of the lock (123) is formed in the doorframe (120). The metal plate which forms the outer surface of the door (220) is coated in a film to resemble the original wooden door. The metal plate (220) has a opening for the cylinder (41) of the lock (40) with a case hardened cylinder guard (42).
