1526107 High nutritional food CONTROL DRUG INC 11 Feb 1976 [24 Nov 1975] 05395/76 Heading A2B [Also in Division C3] A nutritional composition comprises substantially hydrolysed gelatin, tryptophane, sweetener and a carrier in the relative proportions of from 0.026 to 15 parts by wt. of tryptophane, from 0.13 to 40 parts by weight of a sweetener and from 6 to 2000 parts by weight of an ingestible carrier per 100 parts by weight of the hydrolysed gelatin. The composition in liquid form with water as the carrier also comprises a palatable acid, sorbitol, a lubricant, a preservative, a dye and flavouring agents. If a solid composition the carrier is a pulverised solid and a dispersant is added with an edible polymer. |
