Machine producing energy from system in equilibrium - has oscillating tank with water transferring between two compartments to rotate turbine and oscillate support pistons

A rectangular tank is partially filled with water (3) and is divided by a partition (7) into two compartments. The water flows from one compartment to the other as the tank is oscillated about its centre. As the water flows under the partition it rotates a turbine or other hydraulic motor (11) below the partition. The tank is supported near its end (23) on rods (19) attached to two pistons (31). The pistons move in cylinders (15). On the downstroke the piston compresses the air in the cylinder which then expands and pushes the piston back. This keeps the tank oscillating and so continues the production of energy.
