The small round curtain rod has a wooden finish but is strong enough not to warp. The tube of the rod is unsoldered and covered in a wood cladding. The ends of the rod have stud-nails which have a shaft fitting into the tube, so that the length of the rod can be altered. The stud-nails have a relief pattern on the outside so as to create friction when inserted into the tube. The rod cannot slide out of the ring supports, since stud-nails are larger than they are. The end stud-nails have at least one groove with a crosswise hole accommodating a hinge-pin.
|
