CONSTITUTION:To a main composition of nickel hydroxide powder, are mixed a nickel powder and a cobalt powder, to make a paste state by a water solution of polyvinyl alcohol. This paste is applied to a porous core meral, for instance, both faces of nickel plated punched steel sheet, and dried to be secured. This semi-completed plate is, for instance, in the nickel sulfate solution, is negative electrolyzed with the nickel made electrodepositioning to an empty hole of the plate. Hereafter, a washing by water and drying are processed to impregnate a fluorine resin dispersion liquid, for instance, polyflon dispersion D-1, with a drying and pressurization processed, to construct the positive plate. |
