PURPOSE:To prepare a fish-paste product having a novel and new idea, by forming reticulated cuts on a raw material for a flat beltlike fish paste product gelled under heating while the raw material being transported continuously, extending the network, applying a raw material for paste to the reticulted part, followed by heat-treating it. CONSTITUTION:A raw material for fish-paste product molded into a flat beltlike shape is gelled by heating to give the raw material A for a flat beltlike fish- paste product, which is transported continuously. The following device 3 for forming reticulated cuts consists of the blade lever 6 having the comb knives 5 in such a way that the blade lever may be reciprocated freely by the reciprocating mechanism 7, and the reticulated cuts are formed on the raw material A on the supporting roll 8. The reticulated cuts of the raw material are extended by the rollers 4 for extending the network consisting of one or more driven plural middle or high rollers. A raw material for fish-paste product such as fish meat, animal meat, etc. is applied to the extended raw material from the nozzle 9 with flat section for applying a raw material for fish-paste product, the raw material is sent to the heating appratus, and heat-treated. |
