PURPOSE:To make it possible to always obtain a sharp image, by making it possible to alter the magnification of a television camera corresponding to a microbiota while making it possible to automatically perform the alteration in the slit width of a sample chamber and the adjustment of quantity of light corresponding to the alteration in said magnification. CONSTITUTION:A liquid contact part 3 immersed in sewage in order to observe bacteria, a television camera 2 for photographing the microbiota in sewage through said liquid contact part 3 and the sample chamber 5 provided in the liquid side of the liquid contact part 3 so as to be communicated with the above- mentioned sewage are provided. Corresponding to the alteration in the magnification of the television camera 2, the slit width of the sample chamber 5, that is, the distance to the liquid contact part 3 and quantity of light are automatically controlled. As a result, a sharp image can always be obtained. |
