PURPOSE:To improve the operability and to use a personal abbreviation memory as it is by providing a memory storing number of external lines and registering it, and a memory storing an abbreviated dial number to a master set and providing external line buttons larger than the number of operating external lines. CONSTITUTION:When the number of operating external lines is two and ''02'' is inputted from a key 25 of the master set 21, a microcomputer 27 stores it in a memory 26. The microcomputer 27 uses personal abbreviation dial numbers as 90-99 and discriminates CO3-CO8 of an external line button 29 as 90-95 of the personal abbreviation dials. A microcomputer 32 transmits a key command to the microcomputer 27 through the depression of the CO1 of the external line button 29 and transmits a command to the microcomputer 22 using an external line 1. Then the microcomputer 32 transmits a key command to the microcomputer 27 through the depression of the CO3. Then the number of operating external lines of the memory 26 is compared, it is discriminated as the 1st order of the external buttons not in use, it is extracted as a dial of 0459321231 of the No.90 memory of the personal abbreviation dial memory 24, the result is transmitted to the microcomputer 22 and the dial signal is transmitted to an external line 1. |
