PURPOSE: To obtain an adhesive sheet capable of forming ink jet records, and good in durability on an adhesive layer by coating an adhesive agent comprising a (meth)acrylate ester copolymer on the surface of a polyester film. CONSTITUTION: An emulsified mixture solution comprising (a) 5-40wt.% of polyethylene glycol (meth)acrylate monomer as an essential component, (b) 30-89wt.% of a 4-18C alkyl (meth)acrylate ester monomer, (c) 0.1-20wt.% of an ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid ester monomer, and (d) 5-64wt.% of a monomer which is similar to a carboxylic acid-modified rosin ester and which can be copolymerized with components (a),(b) and (c) are copolymerized to obtain the (meth)acrylate ester copolymer, which is neutralized with ammonia water to obtain the adhesive. A polyethylene laminate release paper is coated with the coating agent, dried, and subsequently laminated to a polyester film to obtain the adhesive sheet in which desired ink jet records can be formed on the adhesive layer. |
