PURPOSE: To provide an ultrasonic wave probe with such structure that a coaxial cable can be connected to each element in a narrow space and superior assembling and repairing property can be provided and with the tip hard part length of the probe shortened. CONSTITUTION: This ultrasonic wave probe provided with an electronic radial type ultrasonic oscillator 1 in which plural piezoelectric, ceramics on both main faces of which electrodes 10, 11 are formed, repsectively are connected in columnar shape to an annular packing material 13 is provided on an end face in the inserting direction of the element string of the element 8 of the ultrasonic oscillator 1. Also, it is equipped with a doughnut shape substrate 14 provided with a signal pattern continued to the electrode on one side of the piezoelectric ceramics 12, and at least one fan shape flexible substrate provided with a signal pattern formed so as to make correspond to and energize each signal pattern 15 of the doughnut shape substrate 14. |
