PURPOSE:To provide a novel lubricant capable of fixation on magnetic disc surface and of keeping effect for a long time, containing, as essential component, a specific compound having fluorine-contg. polyoxyalkylene chain, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective lubricant containing, as essential component, a compound of formula I {Rf is fluorine-contg. polyoxyalkylene; R and R<0> are each (pref. 2-3C) oxyalkylene; n and n' are each integer >=1; X and X' are each polar group [pref. of formula II (m is integer >=1; R' is H or 1-6C alkyl), or OR'' (R'' is H or 1-2C alkyl)]}. |
