The fastener has a male component which has an upper part (3a). This holds two numbered wheels (2a, 2b) on an axle (5). Sleeves (4a, 4b), which slide and rotate on the axle, fit inside the wheels. A plate (7), in the male component's lower part (3b), has a hook (72), which cooperates with the female component and is moved by the sleeves. When the wheels don't show the correct numbers the hook locks the components together. An adjustment element (6), on the end of the axle, is pressed inwards by a small tool and pushes the sleeves out of the wheels to alter the numbers.
