PURPOSE:To preform full-color display with high quality and high brightness by providing 1st and 2nd light emitting diodes which respectively emit red light and green light in the vacuum container of a fluorescent displaying element which emits blue light by the use of an electric field radiation type electrode. CONSTITUTION:A glass substrate 10 and a surface glass plate 11 are arranged face to face at a prescribed space through a spacer and the circumference is sealed to form a sealed container. By attaching a silicone substrate 13 on which the electric field radiation type electrode 12 is formed to the glass substrate 10, the fluorescent displaying element which emits the blue light is formed. Then, the 1st light emitting diode 3 which emits the red light and the 2nd light emitting diode 4 which emits the green light are provided in the vacuum container. Thus, the full-color display can be performed with high quality and high brightness. Besides to that, the small-sized and inexpensive full-color displaying element can be obtained. |
