PURPOSE:To reduce the unevenness of a regulation of releasing agent with a simple constitution by forming the edge of a metaling blade in a projecting shape which is nearly coincident with the concaved surface of a fixing roll. CONSTITUTION:The edge 8 of the metaling blade 7 is made to protrude so that the shape thereof nearly coincides with the concaved surface of the fixing roll 1. Namely, th fixing roll 1 is so formed that its center is contracted by concaved quantity (a) and its diameter gage larger and larger according to from the center to both sides. The edge 8 of the metaling blade 7 is so formed that its center protrudes by the concaved quantity (a) and its width gets smaller and smaller according to from the center to both sides. Therefore, the edge 8 of the metaling blade 7 nearly uniformly abuts on all the area of the fixing roll 1, so that oil can be prevented from unevenly adhering. Thus, the unevenness of application of the releasing agent can be reduced and an excellent image can be obtained with the simple constitution. |
