An extra sleeve (15) is placed over cylinder (14) moving with piston rod (0.3) because sleeve (15) is connected with end of piston rod (0.3). When outer sleeve is filled with medium under pressure, and the chamber above piston (13) is filled with part of the liquid under pressure for the spray nozzle (0.1), the inward and outward movement is established.
