PURPOSE:To obtain the title compound useful as an agricultural chemical, having insecticidal and insect expelling agent by reacting a specific organic phosphorus compound with phnylhydroxypyridazinone in the presence of a specific catalyst under a basic condition. CONSTITUTION:A compound (e.g. O,O-diethylthiophosphoric acid chloride) shown by formula I (R1 is lower alkoxy; R2 is lower alkoxy or lower alkylthio; X is O or S; Y is halogen) is reacted with 2-phenyl-6-hydroxy-3(2H)pyridazinone shown by formula II (R3 and R4 are H, halogen, nitro or methyl) in a solvent in the presence of a quaternary ammonium or phosphonium salt and a nucleophilic organic amine under a basic condition to give the aimed compound shown by formula III. |
