<p>PURPOSE:To prevent plant equipment from generating misoperation due to operator's individual operation by allowing the operator in charge of the operation to execute only the operation permitted by a supervisor and other operators. CONSTITUTION:The information of plant equipment 1 is inputted to an input device 3 in the plant operation device 2 and then inputted to a display processing means 4 as a processable signal. The means 4 for displaying plant information displays the plant information on an operation display device 10 and a permission display device 11. Only when plant operation to be executed by the operator is permitted by the supervisor or co-operating operation with other operators is obtained, an operation command is outputted to the plant equipment 1. Consequently, the generation of misoperation due to operator's independent operation or mistake can be prevented and sure and accurate plant operation can be attained.</p> |
