ALUMINIUM BORIDE GROUP FLUORESCENT MATERIAL AND THE CATHODE RAY TUBE USING THE SAME

The white-emitting aluminium borate mixed fluorescent is characterized by mixing 8-55 wt.% red-emitting europium-activated aluminium borate fluorescent (AlBO3:Eu) and 8-60 wt.% green-emitting terbium-activated aluminium borate fluorescent (AlBO3:Tb) with 8-60 wt.% blue-emitting silver-activated zinc sulfide (ZnS:Ag). The cathode ray tube (CRT) is produced by coating the mixed fluorescent on the inner surface of the panel. The mixed fluorescent has an excellent het-resistant property and emissive property.
