PURPOSE:To obtain a density gradation regulator of a video printer capable of printing based on a data from a density gradation signal part by a method wherein a data of standard application time of a heating current which is preliminarily stored and is established for each color gradation is read to be corrected, and the heating current based on this corrected data is electrified to a printer. CONSTITUTION:Though a control part outputs a strobe signal every time each gradation data has been written in a line memory of a printer part 5, a length of this strobe signal is based on a standard strobe time data read from a memory part 6, or a standard strobe time data corrected by operation of a gradation operation part 7, etc., which corresponds to a number of gradation of each image data to be outputted from a density gradation signal conversion part 4. That is, the standard strobe time data read from the memory part 6 is once transcribed, with the gradation operation part 7 is corrected, the control part 8 comes to output a strobe signal to be based on said corrected strobe time data. |
