摘要 |
PURPOSE:To contrive improvement of fuel consumption and reduction of NOx by providing an upstream and downstream fuel supply means and an EGR control means, and performing control so as to increase a fuel supply proportion in the upstream side fuel supply means while an EGR amount in light and intermediate load operational regions of an engine. CONSTITUTION:An upstream side injector 16 is provided upstream of an intake passage in a sufficiently long distance to an intake port 5 of an intake passage 10 and also arranging a downstream injector 17 in the vicinity of the intake port 5 in each cylinder-classified intake passage 11. An EGR control means for adjusting an exhaust gas recirculating amount is provided and constituted of a valve timing variable means 20 for variably changing opening/closing timing of an exhaust valve 8 to adjust an internal EGR amount by changing an overlapping amount of intake and exhaust valves. A control signal is output from an ECU 30 so as to increase a fuel supply proportion of the upstream injector 16 by increasing the exhaust gas recirculating amount in light and intermediate load operational regions of an engine. |
