<p>PURPOSE:To output error messages fitted to respective users by using a knowledge base where knowledge for outputting messages inherent to respective users is constructed an an inference mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A data temporary storage means 3 temporarily stores data inputted by an input means 1. A data judgement means 6 judges whether data similar to data which the data temporary storage means 3 temporarily stores is preserved in a data preservation means 5 or not. When the data judgement means 6 judges that same data is preserved, the inference mechanism 9 executes inference by the knowledge base 8. An output means 2 selects and fetches the corresponding message from a message preservation means 11 based on the inference result so as to output it.</p> |
