PURPOSE: To adsorb a distortion, an extension, and a contraction of a suction hose and move a monitoring device and a suction device freely, by providing a connecting arm, a monitoring mechanism, an suction device fluctuating mechanism, a running support device, and the like. CONSTITUTION: A suction hose 17, in which a deposited sediment in piping is sucked by a connecting arm 13, is connected to a collecting device in order to give a freedom to rotate and to advance. While a monitoring mechanism to which a monitoring device 22 to monitor the position of a collecting device main body and the position of the sediment is installed allowable to rotate and fluctuate is provided, an adsorption device fluctuating mechanism to fluctuate the suction device 24 up and down is provided. Furthermore, a running support device which consists of a wire winding device and the like is provided so as to feed by the section hose 17 connected to the collecting device, without giving an impact to the collecting device. |
