<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a control method for on optical isolation measurement device capable of minimizing the dead time of signal measurement operation during transmitting such measurement related information as the scale of a measuring probe to a measuring device side with a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:The control method of on optical isolation measurement system includes a signal transmitter 4 to output a measured optical signal corresponding to a measured electric signal received from a measuring probe 2, and a signal measurement control device 6 to measure the optical signal received from the signal transmitter 4 via a first optical fiber 5, supply the control signal to the signal transmitter 4 via a second optical fiber 7 in accordance with the measured result and control the signal transmitter 4. The signal transmitter 4 sets the light output to a specified level only when such measurement related information as the scale of the probe is renewed. The signal measurement control device 6 supplies a request signal to the signal transmitter 4 via the second optical fiber 7 when it detects the fulfilling of the specified level in the first optical fiber 5. The signal transmitter 4 transmits the measurement realted information renewed in accordance with the request signal to the signal measurement control device via the first optical fiber 5.</p> |
