<p>PURPOSE:To supply water of high transparency through brine electrolysis in a domestic or a commercial brine purification device which purifies water in a brine aquarium. CONSTITUTION:The subject brine purification device is composed of a pressurized water supply means 4, a water purification module 4 containing aerophilic and aerophobic bacteria, an electrolysis device 7, an air supply means 8 and an ultraviolet emission device 11 which are provided sequentially in a forced circulation flow path for circulating water in a water tank. Harmful ammonia secreted by fish is decomposed using oxygen to harmless nitric acid by aerophilic bacteria, and contaminants and organic matter in the water tank are decomposed with oxygen using hypochlorous acid generated by the electrolytic process. In addition, pathogenic bacteria proliferated in the water tank for fish are exterminated using the ultraviolet emission device.</p> |
