PRODUCTION OF ARTIFICIAL STONE

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a high density artificial stone having properties physically near to those of a natural stone and excellent in aesthetic appearance. CONSTITUTION:A granule component of a natural stone having a particle size of 30-70 mesh is used and a raw material wherein the sum of the granule component and a fine particle component is 90wt.% or less and a resin component is 10wt.% or more is mixed and the mixed raw material is injected in a partially opened form and the volume in the form is subsequently contracted to separate the resin component in the raw material from the particle component and the residue is solidified to be taken out of the form and the entire surface of the solidified matter is thinly cut and a part of the surface of the cut matter is ground to obtain a high density artificial stone.
