PURPOSE:To stably obtain a uniformly and strongly welded article by always holding the stable heat conductivity and lubricity of the heating surfaces of the heating device whose heating surfaces come into contact with the surfaces to be bonded of heat-meltable foams under rotation. CONSTITUTION:Both heating surfaces 31,32 of a heating device 30 are heated to the melting temp. of heat-meltable foams or more, pref., to the definite temp. within the range of 180-350 deg.C and come into contact with the surfaces 21, 22 to be bonded of the foams and, therefore, the surfaces to be bonded being in contact with the heating surfaces are uniformly heated and the cell walls of the foams at the heated parts are melted to form molten films on the surfaces to be bonded. The parts where the molten films are formed on the foams are pressed in a molten state by pressure bonding feed rolls 51,52 and the mutual molten films are uniformly welded and unified to form a strong welded surface. |
