PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption for cooling and heating to retard battery consumption. CONSTITUTION:A brine 22 in a heat storage tank 18 is circulated in a motor 11 and an inverter 12, and a panel heater 26. The brine 22 in the heat storage tank 18 and a brine 44 in a cool storage tank 20 are circulated in a room heat exchanger 32. In the heat storage tank 18, a condenser 48 is provided and, in the cool storage tank 20, an evaporator 50 is provided. The condenser 48 and evaporator 50 are connected to a compressor 56 which is driven by the electric power from the outside. |
