PURPOSE: To obtain a magnetic anisotropic rubber coupling type magnet with improved magnetic characteristics and flexibility by blending a magnetic anisotropic rare earth alloy magnetic powder with rubber. CONSTITUTION: In a magnetic anisotropic rubber coupling type magnet which mainly consists of rubber and magnetic anisotropic rare earth alloy magnetic powder, the maximum energy product M (MGOe) of the rubber coupling type magnet is expressed by (V<2> /320)-1.8<M<(V<2> /320)+-1.8, where M is larger than 0, in the case of the amount of blend (vol.%) of alloy magnetic powder (the total amount of the rubber and alloy magnetic powder is set to 100 vol.%). Or, when the tensile elongation of the rubber coupling type magnet is set to L (%), the maximum energy product M (MGOe) of the rubber coupling type magnet is expressed by -(4.7/20)L+16.8<=-M<=-(4.7/20)L+22.4, where M is larger than 0. Also, the alloy magnetic powder is in Nd-Fe-B-Co-Ga system, Sm-Fe-N system, or Sm-Co system. |
