An exposed jointing part of electric wire was insulated by glass fibre, epoxy resin adhesives and acryl resin adhesives. The exposed aluminium electric wire was treated with a liquid resin antioxidant contg. 52-55 % monoglyceride, 36-39 % diisodecyl phthalate and 9-10 % N-aminoethyl piperazine, and then reciprocally coated with glass fibre and epoxy resin. Treated surface of an electric wire was spray coated again with a mixed coating contg. acryl resin, curing reagent such as aliphatic amine, and Infrared or Ultravioret masking reagent.
