PURPOSE:To provide a welding method which can perform a heat-sealing of high reliability even when a document to be sealed is thick, for an automatic sealing machine using a sealing film for which the unwinding ends of a biaxial rolled film are bonded. CONSTITUTION:A non-welding area USA with a specified length from the leading end of a film is provided at end edge parts 13d of the film which is carried by carrying rollers. A nipping part is held under an open condition until the non-welding area USA passes the nipping part of welding rollers 20, and the nipping of the welding rollers 20 is closed after the passing of the non-welding area USA. |
