PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of operator's operation misses and to reduce the load of a transaction screen controlling program. CONSTITUTION: A card reading controlling part 12 for executing all processing relating to card reading is arranged independently of a transaction screen controlling part 11 for controlling a financial operation transaction screen. When a card read request key 2a is depressed as previously determined specific key operation on a keyboard 2, the controlling part 12 starts its operation and validates the card reading operation of a card reading part 5. Card data read out by the reading part 5 are transferred to the controlling part 12 and the controlling part 11 acquires the card data from the controlling part 12. |
