PURPOSE:To prevent invasion of water from a connecting part of a main tube lining material by integrally connecting to the material. CONSTITUTION:A film 2 of one end of a tubular nonwoven fabric 1 in which an outer surface is covered with the film 2 having high hermetical sealability is peeled, a plurality of cutting seams of a longitudinal direction are formed on a peeled part 1a, the one end 2a of the fabric 1 is folded and pressed to be extended, and the extended part 1a is set to a collar forming nonwoven fabric 4 previously set in a die 3 having the same shape as that of an inner wall of a main tube. Another collar forming nonwoven fabric 6 is superposed thereon, the one end 2a of the fabric 1 is interposed to be held in a sandwich state between the fabrics 6 and 4, the one ends 3a of the fabric 1 and the fabrics 6, 4 are impregnated with a liquidlike curable resin, then cured, and then the fabric 1 is impregnated with the curable resin to obtain a branch tube lining material. According to this, adhesive properties of a collar 11A of the branch tube lining material with a main tube lining material is enhanced. |
