<p>PURPOSE:To make only a sheet material storage box that can store a large quantity of sheet material, removable from a device body. CONSTITUTION:An image forming device body 8 is provided with a feed roller 19, and sheet material S in a sheet material storage box 20 is fed to an image forming part 45 by the feed roller 19. A sheet material stacking palte 2 for supporting the sheet material S is disposed in the vertically movable state in the sheet material storage box 20, and the device body 8 is provided with a lifter member 7 for moving the sheet material stacking plate vertically. With this constitution, at the time of refilling the sheet material S, only the sheet material storage box 20 is slidingly moved with the lifter 7 left in the device body 8. The sheet material S can be therefore stacked on the sheet material stacking plate 2 from above to enable appropriate refilling. A feeding failure caused by a stacking failure can be thereby prevented.</p> |
