PURPOSE:To obtain a fibrous reinforcing sheet which can sufficiently reinforce a concrete structure with the number of plies fewer than conventional without causing sheet breakage in the yield range of an iron reinforcing rod. CONSTITUTION:A fibrous reinforcing sheet 1 is prepd. by arranging high-modulus high-elongation carbon fibers 4 having an elastic modulus of 35-ton/mm<2> or higher and an elongation of 0.9% or higher in one direction in a fiber weight of 250g/m<2> or higher on a substrate sheet 2 through an adhesive layer 3.
