PURPOSE:To provide a pressurization mechanism of a simple construction for printed matter, thus helping to save a space for arranging many printing units, and to simplify the construction of a printing press. CONSTITUTION:A pair of rollers 64a, 64b, and a strip belt 66 stretch-mounted to the rollers 64a, 64b and moved by a torque of the roller 64a, 64b, while rotating, at the same speed as each of printing rolls 58a, 58b loaded on printing units 54a, 54b, are provided. A pressurization mechanism 52. comprises a pressurization member 68 arranged opposite the printing units 54a, 54b and in a sliding contact with the inside perimeter of this belt member 66, and each of the printing rolls 58a, 58b is made to contact the surface of the belt member 66 of the pressurization mechanism 52. |
