PURPOSE:To provide a subminiature circuit on which a surface acoustic wave element is mounted with high reliability and light weight having excellent frequency characteristic used for an antenna filter of a mobile communication equipment or the like. CONSTITUTION:A surface acoustic wave element 1 is formed by a piezoelectric substrate made of a lithium niobate or the like. An input output terminal 2, a ground terminal 3 and an interdigital electrode section 4 are formed on the surface acoustic wave element 1 by using an alloy whose major component is aluminum or gold with the photo lithography technology. A bump 5 made of a gold or aluminum, a conductive resin 6, an insulation resin 7 to reinforce the support strength of the surface acoustic wave element and a multi-layer board 8 are formed. A via-hole 9, an input output electrode 10, a ground electrode 11 and a shield pattern 12 are formed on the multi-layer board 8. A metal- made cover 13 and a ground electrode pattern 14 are adhered by using a conductive adhesive layer 15 and the ground electrode pattern 14 is connected to the ground terminal 3 formed on the multi-layer board 8 via the via-hole 9 and the cover 13 connects to ground. |
