发明名称 VACUUM INSULATING MATERIAL
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To reduce thermal conductivity and also to lessen weight by constructing a vacuum seal part by fusion-bonding of thermally fusing plastic films to each other at the peripheral edge part of a vessel by heat sealing. CONSTITUTION: A flat core material 4 of which the thickness of foam is 0.01-0.1mm and a getter agent 5 which absorbs gas are filled in a vessel 1 having gas barrier properties and the inside of the vessel 1 is kept vacuum. This vessel 1 is constructed of a level part 2 formed of a stainless steel leaf having a film thickness of 20μm or less and of a bottomed bent part 3 formed of an aluminum leaf having a film thickness of 7-10μm. Thermally fusing plastic film materials are laminated inside the stainless steel leaf and the aluminum leaf respectively and these thermally fusing plastic films are fusion-bonded to each other at the peripheral edge part of the vessel 1 by heat sealing, so that a vacuum seal part 6 be constructed. According to this constitution, thermal conductivity can be reduced and also weight can be lessened.</p>
